Rare earth materials
We work with oxides, salts, metals, and their complexes used in electronics, optics, magnetics, and catalysis.
  • High product purity – control of impurity content at the ppm level using ICP-MS analysis
  • Flexible range – synthesis of both standard oxides (Nd₂O₃, Y₂O₃, CeO₂) and individual compounds according to customer specifications
  • Scalability – from gram laboratory samples to kilogram batches
Powder metallurgy
We supply metal powders (aluminum, magnesium, nickel, and their alloys) using atomization, reduction, and electrolysis methods. Our products are suitable for additive manufacturing (3D printing), hot isostatic pressing, and spray coating.
  • Controlled morphology – spherical particle shape optimized for laser sintering (SLM) and electron beam melting (EBM)
  • Narrow granulometric composition – fractionation in the ranges of 15–45 µm, 45–105 µm, etc.
Functional ceramics
Development and research of technical ceramic powders: aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃), silicon carbide (SiC), aluminum nitride (AlN), and other compounds. These materials are used in the abrasives industry, electronics, and heat exchangers.
  • High heat resistance - powders are designed for use at temperatures up to 1600°C
  • Reproducibility of properties – strict control of phase composition and specific surface area
  • Customization of compositions – development of multi-component ceramic composites for customer needs
Contract research and materials analytics
We conduct research and development (R&D) on customer-specific topics. We offer a full range of analytical services, from elemental composition identification to structural analysis using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
